Approve and publish a new service
When a pharmacy adds a new service in TITANVERSE, it must be approved in the pharmacy portal CMS before it goes live on the website for patients to book.
Before you start
Configure the service fully in TITANVERSE first. Incomplete setup means the Service Page may not generate correctly, or patients may be unable to book.
Configure the service in TITANVERSE
Add the new service in TITANVERSE and follow every requirement in Getting your TITANVERSE services ready.
Open CMS → Service Pages in the pharmacy portal
Sign in at portal.pharmappy.com, open CMS, then Service Pages.

Find the new service in the list and click View to Approve. PharmAppy AI then builds a Service Page aligned with your brand, SEO, and AI search optimisation.
Screenshot 2: View to Approve on the new service Review the AI-built Service Page
Check the draft Service Page. It should match your brand and be ready for patients to understand and book the service.
Screenshot 3: Review the AI-built Service Page Edit copy if needed
Make any text or content edits so everything is accurate before you publish.
Screenshot 4: Edit Service Page copy Approve and publish
Approve and publish the Service Page. The service is then deployed to your website automatically.
Screenshot 5: Approve and publish the Service Page Confirm patients can book on your website
Open your PharmAppy website and confirm the new service appears and patients can book into the calendar.
In summary
- Service fully configured in TITANVERSE
- Opened CMS → Service Pages in the pharmacy portal
- Clicked View to Approve so AI can build the Service Page
- Reviewed and edited copy as needed
- Approved and published the Service Page
- Confirmed the service is live for patients to book
Without approve and publish in the portal CMS, a new service will not appear on your website even if it is fully set up in TITANVERSE.
